Seatasea's Open Water Diver Certification dives are conducted at least once a month during the months of May thru the end of September. These will be conducted at Turkey Ridge Dive Site in Blackhawk County, IA.
- 4 dives are required (we do 2 dives Saturday and 2 dives Sunday)
- 10am - 3 both days.
- Course fee is $225 + Sales Tax
- Course fee includes all rental equipment, air, instruction and certification costs.
- Once completed you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver.

- You will be required to complete a liability release for Turkey Ridge Dive Site. Download here!
COURSE SCHEDULE
- Our staff will leave Seatasea at 8:30am on the both days of the dives. You can ride in our van if there is room, or we will try and form a carpool or you can just meet us at the gate at 10am. We should be done around 2 - 3pm each day.
- If you want to bring some snacks free free. We will have some healthy available after the dives.

- DIVE Gear and Pre-Dive Stuff: Prior to the dives you need gear, to fill out some paperwork and to have your picture taken. To avoid the rush, (we recommend this!) you can do all this anytime from Monday - Friday of the week of the dives during our normal business hours. If you want to do it all on the Saturday morning of the dives please be at the store by 7:30am. Our van leaves promply at 8:30 (with or without you) You will also be completing some paperwork at this time and we will be taking your picture for your certification card.
- Please let us know you intentions concerning equipment pick-up etc, and if you are planning on riding in our van or driving separately. If you are driving separately you will need to meet us at the gate at Turkey Ridge park at 10:00am.
- We usually finish the dives by 2 noon on the Sunday...and "wahoo!" your a Certified Scuba Diver!
